Bookings
We only accept online reservations on our bookings page together with credit card payments. The full names of all persons entering with you at the Caravan Park must be noted on the booking registration form, in compliance with police reporting regulations. Each reservation must be coupled to a valid/working mobile phone contact number, and the full amount due must be settled upfront at the time of booking. Once the reservation has been completed, the system automatically sends a confirmation email with a QR code to the address used when registering. This QR code must either be printed out on a sheet of paper, or saved on your mobile phone, in order to open the entrance barrier as well as to access the ablution block. This mechanism enables you to enter and exit the Caravan Park at any time during the reservation period.

Extending your stay
The only way to extend a stay is by making a completely new reservation, again via our booking portal.

Check-in
When making a reservation on our online booking portal, the names of all persons entering the Caravan Park with you must be provided for the mandatory police report to be completed. Please note that in the event of an inspection the Caravan Park will not be held liable for incorrect or incomplete registration data.

The following information must be provided when registering a booking:
Person responsible: name, surname, place of birth, date of birth, type of ID, ID number, ID place of issue, expiry date, mail and phone no.
All other accompanying persons: name, surname, place of birth, date of birth.

Check-out
The pitch must be vacated before 10.00 am in order to avoid being charged for an additional overnight stay.

Cancellations policy
Booking cancellations must be made in writing (i.e., addressed to info@caravanpark-schnals.com) giving the reason for the cancellation, as well as an IBAN number to be able to pay back the prepaid booking fee. The reservation may be cancelled without incurring a penalty, provided it is received not later than 15 days before the due date of arrival. Cancellations made at shorter notice (i.e., 14 and less days before the start of the booking) will forfeit the full amount paid.
Note: Our Cancellations Policy overrides the Right of Withdrawal clause under the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.

Local tax
The local visitors tax is included in the price.

Useful info
- There are no limitations on how many times you can enter and exit the Caravan Park, during the period reserved.
- Pitches are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
- The price is inclusive of a pitch fee, electrical points at each pitch (10 ampere, standard CE 2x16A blue sockets), use of the ablution block (WC, showers, washrooms), clean water supply, and waste water disposal as well as separate wastebins for recyclable materials.
- A coin slot washing machine (€ 6) and tumble dryer (€ 3) are available. Gas bottles (10l: € 35 + € 15 deposit) are also available on request (tel. +39 0473 66 2171).
- There is a nearby grocery shop as well as a number of restaurants just 300m from the Caravan Park. The Schnalstal Valley Glacier Cable Car lower valley station is just a few minutes' walk away.
- Domestic animals are welcome.

Code of conduct
- At all times keep the pitch and sanitary facilities clean.
- The door to the ablution block must remain closed.
- Your vehicle engine must be switched off when stationary. No idling allowed.
- Separate out the different types of waste and kindly place into the designated containers.
- Respect others near your pitch.
- Please lower your noise levels around noon and in the evenings (i.e., after 21.00).
- Separate your grey and black water into the waste water disposal system supplied.
